Characters story: Unlike most saiyans, Shuifu is not the blood thirsty madman that destroys planets for fun. He is a thinker, and has been made famous for his inventions, though he is usually the weakling amoung saiyans. He truly had no significant past, other than making complicated machines at young ages, such as a space ship at the age of ten.
